On top of what Richard said, implementing a different power round system would not suddenly make people understand them, and we would have to go through the trouble of making sure everything works with Custom Roles.

I am working on a few improvements to both Custom Roles and the PR system over the next few weeks which will definitely improve the experience for new and existing players who are unsure what each role does, etc.
