Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: [ i would ask them to spectate me and then i would guide them through it step by step until they get the gist of it ]

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: [for i first time offense i would mute but if it happens again i would temp ban. and after 3 offenses perm ban]

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: [ if i caught someone using exploits i would simply perm ban them]

Why I should be chosen: I have been mod on multiple other gmod servers and understand how it works. I also have a lot of experience surfing on gmod and cs:go, so I can help out any new players. I only work about 2 hours each day so I spend plenty time at home and active on the server.
