Unfortunately we have decided to deny your appeal. The image you sent was considered to be offensive and inappropriate. The Term of Use which was broken was rule 5, which states "No racism, discrimination etc." I understand you may not feel that the image you sent was racist or discriminatory but Ross's opinion was that it was. However, i will send a message addressing the discord staff to put reasons other than "TOU Violation". In my opinion this doesn't outline what you did wrong, might as well have just put "He broke rule". I will be messaging you privately to discuss the outcome and answer any questions you may have.
