Suggestion Title:
Map change for S3 server to Rockford/Evocity.

How would it benefit the server:
Would bring quite some people

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Would be pain in the ass adding casino etc locations, but since casino is useless so is music dj thingy aswell useless I don't see why to add them to the map since no one uses those things at all.

This is what the community wants, not what owners think we want.
