Suggestion Title: Making forum staff actually accept and deny suggestions with a valid explanation/reason

How would it benefit the server:
Could help other forum users understand why an idea got denied that they may have found interesting.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Missing out on being considered funny and cool

Additional notes:
Some server suggestions that I found pretty interesting and handy ended up getting straight-up denied, which is fine of course but a reason would help explain as to why some ideas/suggestions that seem helpful either get denied with no explanation as to why or the staff member making a joke out of it and not actually considering the suggestion.
