I would agree with you if more than half of them were on the server and able to properly fulfill their duties, I’m not trying to be sly but it seems as though Joshua is the only one even about at the moment. Meanwhile, the others are too busy with other things or just no longer interested.

you do have a good point, your active and all other staff on the server really are not.
