Suggestion Title: Increase printer re-joining timer

How would it benefit the server: Less frustration with the impossibly short re-join timer of 5 minutes.

Potential Issues/Exploits: So far we haven't seen any issues, nor exploits with the current 5 minute timer, I see no reason this would change with say, 10 minutes.

Additional notes: The timer that begins when you leave the server before your printers is 5 minutes, with the size of the map and the extra content being added it is near impossible for anybody to re-join within that constraint. I am just proposing increasing the timer to a minimum of 10 minutes, to give users a better chance at getting back on.

I think this has already been noted by the community team, but I just wanted an "official" response so to speak, to make sure this is something that can happen...
