I agree with everything Vodka said, especially after taking a look at the current staff team. If you could give any reasons how getting HA would help you complete the tasks you have been working on/plan on working on I wouldn't mind supporting you, however the only thing you have said in your plans as HA is that you want more players on. How exactly could you do that as a HA but not as an SA? I dont doubt your programming capabilities but the step up to HA will do nothing in regards to code and you'll still have to work alongside ross or a CM to provide assistance with coding so I genuinely see no reason for a new HA given the current state of the staff team.
