The app is fine however you really don't have a justification or a reason why you should get HA. Anyone can make suggestions and that doesn't exactly make someone stand out. Helping with code related issues is good however I fail to see how you being Head Admin would change that at all. HA only allows the person to use all commands in game, and you can overrule shit, and with the current state of the server, I don't see why you would need it, as you getting HA doesn't help with anything you're currently doing.
