In the video provided, there are two possibilities for what happened:

1) The propeller trap was repaired by aku (and then subsequently destroyed again by you with the scythe)
2) Your swing from the scythe spun the propeller trap blade, which then killed you

Regardless of which of these happened, these are intentional features and there was no server-side issue here which led to the loss of your Grim Reaper, so no refund will be issued.
