Suggestion Title: choosing power rounds

How would it benefit the server: users can choose the powerround they want, and at the end, the powerround with the most votes will be the one played.

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: to prevent the same powerround from being played over and over, maybe make it so that the powerround that has just been played cannot be voted for, so players have to choose another one. once another powerround has been chosen, players can then vote for the powerround that couldnt be voted for.
