Suggestion Title: Stop equip/drop binds from working while performing a lawnmower

How would it benefit the server: SSRP players have literally every key bounded to a item or suit and every time I press T, I activate the blades and also equip my juggernaut suit.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Literally none, this is just annoying
