I don't think the server necessarily needs another HA, though I do see a bunch of event threads and so I suppose having HA in theory could help you host them more often though realistically it's not a necessity, from my perspective it doesn't really help the player base immensely but instead like all the updates is just a shot of adrenaline bringing some players on for the duration of the event(s), though that's not so much your fault as there is so many unresolved problems with the server.
