Consider this,
After speaking with both of you on discord/steam I've decided to accept this down to a verbal warning. Due to his rapsheet being and staying clean for over a month I feel as if there was no need to punish him. As Luiss stated he wasn't going to warn you but did due to you leaving, in which you instantly came back on so I don't feel as if a warning was needed. I'll have the warning removed!
