Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Bhop: I would first, get a video for them to watch which explains how Bhop works, if they still don't understand how to Bhop after watching the video, I would do my best to try and teach them myself.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: If someone was mic/text spamming I would politely ask them to stop, if they refused I would gag/mute them for a certain amount of time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: If someone was to exploit and they didn't know they was exploiting I would ask them to stop, if they carried on after I had told them not to do so, I would contact a higherup and ask for their help in this situation.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I believe I should be chosen, because even though I'm from the UK, I play USA times as well making sure no one is rule-breaking when most people have gone to sleep. I believe I would be perfect for this spot, as I would make sure all new players felt welcome and knew exactly what they were doing before I carried on playing the server myself. I've also had experience staffing before on SSRP where I have been an admin twice and a moderator four times, I was also a Murder moderator which is why I may have an advantage over some people as I understand the punishment system.
