I feel as though there is definitely room for improvement of both Server apps and appeals, outside of the random ass comments directed to kuba. Your feedback on apps needs to be rethought and become more constructive.

And as for attitude, you have shown several outbursts inside the discord, as Lewis has already stated you shown unprofessionalism over the Iniesta goal gif. Without going into too much detail you need to fix some of these attitude problems.
