Well obviously the person who's never been LT before will have less time as LT (as he's never been Lead Team)? Also, all in all, Smol does have more experience than Dutch, but that's not a great comparison. Why compare an Admin to a Super Admin, it's not like Dutch is running for SA. There really isn't picking Dutch over him is there.

Also, I dont know why Kuba constantly needs to bring me up with alot of subjects. As when we all are trying to help him he keeps finding a way to embarass himself even more.
