[SSRP Head Admin Application] Mix3rz

Time On The Server - 6 years. I'm an old lad...

I have a lot of experience working around with many different staff members that I manage as I own surf and bhop now in 2021, I still don't understand how I run everything but I somehow do and I think with that I am for sure ready for more. I am a source map developer and have been learning it for over 5 years now thanks to EMP, I have just recently finished the first edit for our new SSRP map and can't wait for the next edit! I believe I have been staff for so long that this is my time to shine even more!

Within the community, I believe that I am doing a great job as I have just made the new ssrp map public and everyone seems to be on the edges of their seats for the release of the map. Seeing how everyone is ready for this big update and change and them knowing I played a massive role and part of the update is showing how the community is important to me and how I am able to spend all my spare time working for such a great community!

Well, I have been in and out of this community and members from the old-time still remember me as an admin or even a mod. Now I don't plan on leaving for a long time! And when I say a long time I mean a long long time, The community makes me have something to do with my shape time I somehow don't get bored of any of it, not even the game.(Not that much) The community has got themself a staff member who is dedicated to the work that is given to them and will not say no to anything! I am up to any challenge given to me I am even open to ways I can help out you, With me as a head admin, it will not just make my dedication rewarded but set myself a new goal to achieve within this community. for the life of me I dont know what that goal would be at this point and time but I sure as hell will come up with something amazing, I know it. Anyway, With me as a head Admin, I will be able to train super admins here and there And see if they are up to the standards we require and If not guide them to be on the correct line and path.

Well, this is going to be a short but simple answer. I can make maps and so if anything bugs me I can just edit it and show the CM team and explain why it should be gone and boom did! And it's not just me who would want these changes!

I would like to try and improve myself in any manner possible I don't know exactly what it could be as of right now but I know that I am not perfect just like yourself or anyone else No one will ever be perfect and that's because we are human nothing is ever perfect. But I am always open to people's opinions and will always take it in and read it and try and understand it the best I can and then maybe even try and change myself or something I do just to make that side that people don't like of me more like.
