Move Denied Applicant in a channel after the meeting outcome for his feedback.

How would it benefit the server:
It would be better for the Denied LT Applicant to improve on his feedback given by the LT

Potential Issues/Exploits:
The problem basically is that whenever the LT Applicant gets denied and asks for feedback after the meeting alot of times people forget the reason of denial, furthermore its a benefit for the denied applicant whenever he gets poked with in example;
'Hey your LT Application has been denied, do you want us to move you in so we all can give you feedback"

Additional notes:
I've experienced it myself whenever I direct message the LT that there is not always enough provided information. I've seen it happen to various of people who were trying their best for the LT rank; However whenever I asked for feedback I only heard 'You need to put more effort' without further information. I believe by moving the applicant in so you can further give that person information on which points they should improve on. Instead of hearing; 'You need to show consistency or you need to put more effort' I'd like to see 'You need to put more effort in (for example) handling reports
I believe if you move the Denied Applicant in after the outcome that all part of the LT can give Feedback so the Administrator can fully focus on the feedback given by everyone. I believe a detailed sheet of information of all the denied/ accepted LT's will help aswell

I see various of minusupports aswell without any feedback. How could this person improve on no feedback?

This basically avoids forgetting the 'deny' reason
