You are starting to improve on the feedback but personally i would like you to show a better understanding of the rules. As well as fully improving on feedback before applying. This will show that you understand what it is that you need to improve on and also shows the staff team that you are capable of taking all feedback into account. There is no doubt in my mind that you will get Administrator if you actually improve on feedback fully. Nonetheless, good luck on your application!
