You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties: I would ask Player A to stop, If they continue to harass me verbally I would voice/chat mute them for Disrespect to Staff.

Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal. Depending on how the player talked with me in a call and how sincere they were, I will review the application and if the person is suitable for an unban and his application is greatly written with valid evidence, I would accept and write.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I think I should be promoted since being admin would make me have more power than now but not to abuse as that would lead to a demotion which is what happened to 3 players over the course of this month. Being Admin would be a great oppurtunity to be a better staff member, And overall I think I learned more than I had before. Being SSRP Staff on ZARP helped me pass the time and help with my experience as staff overall. ZARP had taught me this: Be the one you are and make mistakes so you can learn from them. As I have asked people for feedback and got feedback I think as every other week I think I won't get accepted for experience with mod as I have been mod for over 2 months and as many times I haven't had enough sits. I feel like Mungers helped me through this and I think I should be promoted because I put heart and effort into my work that is being a staff member of the SSRP (Dark RP) Server. I know people wouldn't want me but it is worth a try! I am also trying to become admin because not always is everybody on, So I want to make sure that ZARP stays clear of rule breakers. As of right now we've had less and less people being accepted as the fact we have more LT than moderators at the moment. This would be a good oppurtunity to get more formal with admin and know what is right and what is wrong. It would be a dream to get to LT on any server and I'm so sorry to the community for making myself look like a fool and please forgive me. I haven't even had much of a chance to settle in with so many sits and the community itself and wish to be promoted.
