Suggestion Title: Semi-Auto Weapons from M9K weapon packs
Although the zarp server content already has these in the collection, here are:
M9K Assault Rifles: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=128089118
M9K Heavy Weapons: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=128091208

I suggest them all being Semi-Auto. (Slower than Full-Auto. Faster than the Bolt-Action snipers)
For balancing, the spread could be really wide (really inaccurate) if your not looking down sights.
And for some/most/all of them being level unlocks from prestige 1 to ~4. There's "empty slots" to fill in prestige 2 and beyond

How would it benefit the server:
Add a new genre/class of weapons not on the server right now (sqout rifles/semi-auto sniper rifles).
Add more weapon diversity.
Increase the unlocks selection.
Fill gaps in leveling where no weapons are unlocked for a long period of playtime.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Weapons being too OP on day 1, but you can balance them.
