Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

my time as a moderator has been alright. and i also feel i learned quite a lot while beeing moderator this wil contribute on me beeing a administrator :)

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

The biggest thing I had to work around is that some people dont accept me for what I am, also a couple of spams. Voice spams I was able to handle with the required means of force.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Welcome dearest colleague, you made it! Now lets start your training! So firstly, lets go through commands in your [tab] menu, this is where you will mute/kick people that is not responding to your warning as a moderator. Of course you gotta give verbal warnings first. In general, the rule is that you have a maximum of 3 warnings before a kick. Speaking of warnings, when u press f6 you have a list of people online and what people might have done in the past [rapsheet]. You can also use steamID's to find the rapsheet of people not online. Back to to the 3 warning points, f6 comes in handy knowing what people have done before and therefore you can see what suitable punishment to give. If people break the rules after a kick you can call an admin to come online to assist with a ban.

There is also strip weapons: if someone is annoying others with weapons, message: to send a private message, and spectate: to spectate and help someone on how to surf.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Exploiting is exploiting, altough a good enough appology and with the promise that it will never happen again, I will be reducing your ban to 2 days.

#Accepted

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

Well I've been a surf player for a good while. Then I got promoted to moderator. Since the start I've wanted to make a diffrence but also I've noticed a couple of bad things (I don't feel a need to describe them), so I guess here's my shot to make that difference :)

Extra Information: (Not Required) Well first of all I'm Transgender, just to get that out of the way. My name is also Eline and I'm from Norway :)
