Experience:
Since coming back to staffing back in March, I have acquired an insane amount of experience both on the forums and on Zarp servers. I currently hold 3 section staff positions which are as follows, Deathrun, Server issues/suggestions and Server applications. Since acquiring these positions I believe I have upheld my responsibility as section staff quite well.

I not only hold the experience of section staff right now but also the experience from my last time as staff. I also held the positions of general discussion and Server applications section staff all the way back in early 2020 before resigning around summer. I held these positions for a number of months and once again I can say confidently that I fulfilled my role very well in those months of section staff. This further shows the experience I have gained while staffing on the forums. Since returning to the forum staff team I have not made any mistakes to my knowledge which shows that the experience from my previous months as forum staff has not deteriorated in the slightest.

Activity:
I like to believe that I am extremely active when it comes to the forums. I check forums multiple times every hour unless I am busy elsewhere. This time around as staff I have been the most active I have ever been on the forums in the last 2 years. Even though I currently dont have a computer as my GPU is being repaired, I still log on to the forums multiple times every day via my phone. I still moderate the sections I hold adequately despite the disadvantage of not having a computer to work on. Even though I may not respond to them all, I still check nearly every topic thats created on the forums. Once I can access my computer again I'll be even more active than I am right now


Trust:
I like to believe that I am trusted quite well within the community. I currently hold the rank of Deathrun Server Owner which is a role that requires quite a bit of trust. I have also held the rank of Super Administrator on both Deathrun (before server owner of course) and TTT. Among many other lower staffing positions, I believe these 3 positions especially highlight the trust that has already been placed on me and that I can be trusted for Global Moderator as well.

Communication:
I am always available to contact over discord if someone ever needs to speak to me whether its for something on the forums or something else. I am also quite active on the discord and have good communication within the community which I believe is an important trait to have for a higher position of power withing the community such as Global Moderator. I am especially active on the Zarp teamspeak however. Even without a computer I still join the teamspeak despite phone teamspeak being horrendous. Granted it definitely isn't as much as when I have my computer but thats natural and will be fixed once I have my computer.
