It goes without saying that you're an excellent admin on the server and your staffing is top notch but you really haven't improved on the areas where you show weakness. You're using your mic in meetings now but still not giving detailed opinions and you still hardly interact with users on the server. A super admin, in my opinion, should be someone that people can see firsthand as being approachable and friendly/interactive on the server, and this is your biggest weakness. If you can fix up your communication skills then you would easily get this position as you are extremely dedicated to the server and a great staff member.
