I think you COULD be a good candidate but you didn't work on any qualities we discussed during your app. I said it before and I'll say it again, if you keep getting denied for SA, you should probably ask the LT on what to improve on so that you might get accepted. But to my knowledge, you haven't asked any of the LT members on what could make you a better candidate, thus being in the same situation you were at last time.
