There is no doubt you have good experience, especially on the prophunt server, and you have helped tremendously in the past and recently as well.

However, from my ongoing observations I don’t see you as someone who is capable of working together in a team. Your behaviour is volatile to say the least, occasionally immature (attention seeking) and at times arrogant.
