Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:

i was a fine admin and moderator in the past. i helped deal with many users accordingly and quickly, and always tried my best at making the server a better place. i really enjoyed being a moderator and an admin in the past, which led me to being a dedicated staff member, always looking to improve and taking rule breaking seriously. i never lacked confidence to be staff, even when things got tough on the server and i needed backup. furthermore, i was a moderator that was promoted to admin on ttt, which means that i am trusted enough, and i have enough experience.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command would be is a user is constantly rule breaking when told to stop multiple times and after multiple punishments. so for example if someone is consistently ghosting, i would ban them for 2 days if they fail to seize their actions after multiple warnings.

however, if someone was being very mischievous on the server, committing all sorts of rule breaks, i would ban them for longer. such as racism, if they do not stop after a gag/mute and a warn, they will be given a ban. or if someone was constantly spamming, i will give them a ban depending on how bad they were spamming.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:



Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

i think i should be chosen as i was a great staff member in the past on prop hunt and on ttt. i showed great dedication to my rank when i had it, and would do my best to make the server a better place and punish rulebreakers accordingly. also since it is the summer holidays, i will be very active, making me a useful staff member on the server, and always keeping an eye on the players and making sure they are all having fun and not messing around in a bad way. i am also maturing myself to be a better person overall, even though i have had some downs in my time here. im always improving my attitude so i can be a trusted staff member, and a person to always talk to when a user is feeling upset about something or when they need help.

ive always enjoyed being staff, and it was very fun when i was staff back then.
