I only prop kill people who specifically say that they are okay with it. If someone says stop, I stop. You on the other hand go out of your way to kill urself at the start of a round with a bind or via the console, to start prop killing, which other admins have seen you do. You continue to kill people who ask you to stop, you don't stop when asked.

The guy in the clip had said many times during the previous rounds that he did not want to be prop killed. You continued to do it, so a warning had to be in place.
