Overall, you aren't a bad candidate and you care a lot about Deathrun. Despite this, you do tend to act a bit "on the off side" which I wouldn't normally want in a Lead Team member. You are a great person to interact with and everyone always has quirks they need to work on. So for this, I'll say:
