A Head Admin, in my opinion, should be able to boldly hold and defend their position. Before you get this position, I believe you need to stand out a lot more in meetings. You also had an attitude problem in a recent meeting, which caused you to leave because people were bickering and talking over one other; these things happen in meetings, and you should get used to them. Also, when we were dealing with a dilemma on Smol, instead of trying to work together to find a solution, you blamed it on me.
