My first point still stands just without the banned part then, it’s entirely plausible to bhop without hacking so I don’t get how you can have a vote on that and proceed to give them a warning

There's clips of smol bhopping looking in the same direction, and not strafing at all. The amount of speed he gets is comparable to Deathrun speeds, and bhopping in source games without strafing is impossible unless you have bhop scripts or you have auto-bhop enabled on the server which TTT obviously doesn't.
