Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

As a moderator, I have been helping people with surfing even though I am very bad at surf myself.
I have also gotten used to the new commands I have gotten on the surf server.

I have also have gotten way more self-confidence when I am handling with rulebreaking people,
So when there's something wrong I could handle things way more easily.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

I have not encountered any obstacles as a moderator, If there was a situation with a rulebreaking person I could handle it myself.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello (Player), Congratulations and Welcome to the Surf Staff team!

As a Staff Member, you try to keep the Surf Server safe and civil for other people and everyone should have a good time.

I will be instructing you through the whole training.
As a staff member, I would recommend you reading the staff ethos for
making decisions when dealing with rulebreakers

Now I’m going to talk about the commands that are available for surf moderators.

Chat mute: This command is used to mute a player and makes them unable to type in chat.
You use this command if someone is spamming the chats or saying racist/homophobic things
This is possible to do from 10 seconds up to 10 minutes.

Voice Mute: This command is used to mute a player and makes them unable to use their voice.
You use this command if someone is ear raping or saying racist/homophobic things
This is possible to do from 10 seconds up to 10 minutes.

Strip Weapons: This command is used if a person is being very annoying by shooting the whole time
or messing up your surf runs.

Kick: Kicks a person from the server if there is no other available option.

Spectate: This makes you spectate a player when he is in need of help.
This doesn't reset someone's run.

Private Message: You can send a message in a player's screen, only they can see it.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I am very familiar with the rules and I know how the handle a lot of things as it comes to rulebreaking people.
When It comes to reports I have gotten a lot of experience because I am an Administrator on Deathrun and Murder so I know how to handle them. And I have also gotten a lot of experience.
