The ban command would be appropriately used for when a user:

LTAPs many punishments
Hacking if they come back after a kick (With proof and permission from the Lead Team and mostly handled by the Lead Team)
Massive Rule breaking/intentionally ruining other people's experiences constantly.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

Well since I am re-applying straight to admin, I haven't encountered any moderator issues however when I was on Deathrun recently, I was getting harassed by some users and the staff refused to do anything until a few maps changed. If I got back to staff, I would be able to handle those users without needing to rely on other staff and wait a long time until they get punished.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)

My activity since I came back has been excellent and I have gotten back to playing Deathrun a lot. I have been friendly to both users and staff without causing any issues and still trying to help the current staff team enforce rules and I have also got the experience staffing and enforcing the server as a former Deathrun owner.
