It is no secret that I am pretty argumentative, that's true.
However I give my best to reduce this behaviour to a minimum.
I only engage in such situation, when I feel that someone is treated unfair / wrong.
The last situation in the Staff-Channel, I can think of, were I started a discussion was before I got admin.
If there was a more recent one, feel free to tell me on discord or in Teamspeak c:

However I think there hasn't been a situation on the server, where I started arguing over something as a Staff-Member (again correct me if I'm wrong).
Still I am giving my best to improve in those behaviours!

Honestly I didn't think of this but it sounds more effective than a kick, you're right.
