1. I think your application is well-detailed, good effort and choice of colour usage in some areas makes it easy to understand the roles and the context. However the use of rainbow lines is overkill. Please bear in mind the people who have to read this application.


Not entirely accurate; there has definitely been great improvement here, but there have been recent occasions on the forums and in the staff channel where a topic has become heated and you become quite argumentative. I think voicing of opinions is great, but to keep it healthy, also listening to other perspectives even when they differ from yours. This would prove that you are capable of analysing situations more objectively. Otherwise, it may come across that you only see things and want things your way (even if that isn't the intention).


As a SA you are able to remove the powers of a staff member in the event of an emergency. It is true that there are several other tools that may be used to aid in that situation (depending on its severity) but remember the respect factor to be maintained when approaching staff members.


A very nice addition! I would add here, to encourage the person to ask questions should they have any, it will help judge their understanding and also help you identify the areas you can improve in training methods.
