You've improved but I find you still not ready for the SA team due childish and aggressive behavior.
When you asked for feedback in Discord DM's was good but I realized a few points. As I mentioned about your behavior I genuinely want you to ask for more LT duties for example train a person or help with what is possible. Never seen you ask me for anything. You pointed out that you have been suggesting which is good but none of them where BIG and as I told you stand more out which you haven't done in my eyes this week.

Wait 1/2 more weeks to apply and it could be a Yes!
