Lets go through the reasons of why you should be promoted

Activity- Good on deathrun, not so much the other server your staff on (in fact it's very low maybe balance it out or resign from them idk up to you)

Approachable/ Interactive - Skipping this because it really isn't a reason to be promoted

Forums + TS activity - Yea these are fine you've been posting a lot and idk about ts because I cba to go on since it's just everyone in private spacers

Experience - I don't think experience really backs you in the case here to be making the jump from staff to LT as you haven't actually had experience with the duties of LT. I don't know what your life staffing as I've took time away but when I was around you were filled with errors, lets just hope they aren't as common anymore.
