Its been literally a year since I first applied for staff, and people told me to take a break. I take a 1 year break before reapplying, and people just assume I cannot have changed at all? I am not even given the opportunity or chance to even show that I have changed, that I don't tiptoe around rules etc... people do like to go off of past experiences a lot, kinda upsetting to say the least but ya know
