Personally I don't think discord activity is everything, and the server has struggled a bit recently so your acitvity on the server itself is understandable. At the same time, I'm not sure if there's a need for more lead team members right now but if you keep trying to improve while also improving your activity, you should stand a solid chance in the near future. While I was owner you were one of the more dedicated staff members which I took notice of.
