Explain how you feel that your previous time as a Staff-Member will contribute to you as an Adminstrator:

In my previous time as a Staff-Member, I learned the fundamental knowledge of how the whole staffing on works.
I am familiar with the Rules and the Staff-Ethos, as well as with the knowledge of when and how to use my Administrator-Tools.
I have lots of experience dealing with rude or rule-breaking users and keeping a cool head and dealing with such situations professionally is therefore no problem for me.
Due to the long time that I am surfing for and the long time I've been playing on Zarp, I am often seen as a number one goto when it comes to surf related issues and in most cases I am able to help out!

Explain a situation as a Moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around:

I've never been in a situation I couldn't handle by myself but I'll make one up.

A player is using an exploit to beat records.

In this situation I would gather as much evidence as I can.
I would then forward this to a member of the Lead Team to have them ban the player.
If no Lead Team -Member is available at the moment, I would kick the player and forward the information to the Lead Team.

If you had to write a letter to train a Moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

I would start of by welcoming the new Moderator to the Staff-Team.
Then I would start explaining to him, what our main goal as a Staff-Member is.
I would then proceed with explaining the Staff-Ethos to him and answer questions if he has any.

After this, I would explain his new Moderator-Commands to him and where to find them.



I'll make sure that he understands, that it isn't all about punishing people, but about helping people and granting them a great time on the server!

Why I should be promoted / accepted:

I am one of the most active and longest playing users on the server and am well known by most players.
I've built myself a reputation of being a very passionate surfer, but also a very helpful and overall friendly player.
In the past I had some conflicts with other Staff-Members but that's the past.
I want to help the server to improve as much as possible and give everyone on the server the best experience!

I am as previously stated very active and I also have a lot of experience administrating surf servers.
I am able to help and teach most players on almost every map.
I have many ideas and suggestions on how to improve certain things on the server and would like to help out as much as I can.
I've already showed my interest in helping the server by writing some code for a Mini-Profile.

My passion for surf is very prolonged and it wont change in the near future!
