After thoroughly reading your report and checking the provided evidence multiple times I have to admit that I am truly disgusted. This has got to be one of the most horrendous acts of abuse I've ever witnessed. As a head admin, Pie should clearly not have attempted to lockpick your vehicle. We've decided to send Pie to the "Head Administrator Summer Camp for Behavioral Improvement" for the next few weeks. During this time he will hopefully learn how to behave on the server. I'm so sorry for his behavior and I can assure you that he won't do anything like this again once we're done with him!
