When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

If someone had loads of recents, especially in one day, constant racism, and constant exploiting.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

My friend came on and was being very disrespectful and racist! so I warned him like 10 times instead of being able to ban. (stephenska) or when someone died as a death an I couldn't respawn them. (before any players finished the round.)

Why I should be promoted

I think I am a really dedicated individual, and I love deathrun, I've been playing with couple of my mates and its been an amazing experience, I see this as only a start to my staffing on this wonderful server and would love to #MakeDeathrunGreatAgain . I am very optimistic and would love to do anything to help this server get back on its feet.
