the mic thing isnt technically a requirement but i was told it was my main denial reason several times and vodka is right there is little need for a new SA with there being more higher ups than staff atm so what is there really for kanna to do that cant be done as an admin
Staff members should not be denied a promotion because they don’t use a mic, even if it’s 10000000000x easier. Kanna has been staff multiple times in the past over prolonged periods of time, and not using a mic clearly doesn’t hinder his staffing capabilities in any way.
Applicants also can’t be denied for the server having too many LT members. Although this may be true (considering the server has the same amount of owners as mods (yikes)), it just means all applicants need to put in even more effort to stand out even more. I’m sure he’s got something to add to the team and if he’s working hard he should be rewarded with a promotion, showing him that the current LT values and is appreciative of the time he is putting into the sever.
