Outside of spam pinging people to get on there isn't really much that you contribute to the server. The only time there was a consistent player base your staffing ability was just filled with errors which resulted in a lot of appeals being accepted, and we haven't exactly been able to see any improvement since then. However, since then you've only shown a negative attitude, from several complaints about you on TS for things such as homophobia to the offensive spray on TTT. From my experience on deathrun you were incapable of responding to any negative feedback correctly, when speaking with fellow LT about giving you feedback for SA you just responded with "nvm then" or something along them lines.

You are far from LT ready and need to greatly improve your attitude before you can go any further in the ranks.
