Your responses arent great either like how you wouldnt talk to the staff member who gave a harsh ban and would just reduce their ban without talking to them and telling them what was wrong? Your response to the struggling question seems almost robotic and your accusation response isnt great, like you would just have 2 arguing staff members going at each other on ts. Also love your argument response which is to get the staff to "ignore each other" or just "forget" about the situation lmao. You dont want members of your staff team ignoring each other because theyre going to need to work together and theyre not just gonna be able to forget about it.
