How would it benefit the server: It would be different kind of explosive T weapon. Unlike the C4 which is time-set. These can be triggered at will from a distance.

How do they work?

TTT Remotely Detonateable C4:
Place it with left click on the ground/wall or ceiling and let it detonate whenever you want with a right click.

Remote Sticky Bomb [TTT]:
- Right click to place the sticky bomb on a target
- Right click again to charge (You don't need to stand next to the 'target' while charging)
- Left click to detonate

Potential Issues/Exploits: I can't think of any.
