Alternatively you could just play Pavlov, would save a lot of time for a feature probably like 2 people would use.

Potentional Issues/Exploits
Player in VR sticks his head into a T room and exposes multiple traitors, someone's going to have to figure out how to stop that, and unfortunately to my knowledge, VR doesn't have the capacity of mind control therefore a simple collision detection wouldn't stop it, therefore meaning more rules, more issues, more bullshit regular players have to deal with.

VRMod isn't just going to be Drag & Drop job like some other addons may be, it'll be a long process of integrating code to work alongside the modification, would it be cool? yeah, but would it be worth all the work? probably not. Think about it, Weapons, User Interface, Whatever other shit someone would have to re-work, then going into user experience, VR vs Non-VR in a shooter game doesn't sound fun at all for nonVR players. furthermore, VRMod if I'm not mistaken is currently only really created for Singleplayer/Sandbox gameplay.
