When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

The ban command should be used when a person has been repetitively rule-breaking and warned multiple times. I believe giving players 3 chances/warns is the minimum for a ban. The length of the ban should be based on how serious the warns were, whether it's exploiting, griefing, offensive comments, ect.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

Multiple times I've logged onto the server with lots of new players. Most of the time, some of them break the rules like mic spamming. I explain to them that there are rules to the server and you can't do certain things that ruin other people's player experience. I've rarely had to mute/gag someone for breaking the rules. I also ask other staff if they can join when there are too many rule-breakers to handle (thanks to the people that have helped ).

Why I should be promoted:

I've been playing on the server for months which means I understand the rules really well and I'm trusted by many players and staff on multiple Zarp servers. I truly feel the deathrun server is underrated and should be given more attention. I know what makes a good staff member so I would be the perfect candidate for voting on who should be promoted. I also have a really positive attitude on all servers and welcome new players and greet people when they come on.
