Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

Currently, I am a moderator and I find that I have learned a lot of things and I have been able to help a lot of people and this encourages me to continue contributing for the server and I would like to take it to the next level so that I can discover more the moderation part by wanting to pass Administrator and therefore discover new functionality and opportunity

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
One day when I connected to the servers full of people making a mess, several insults and racist comments. Unfortunately I couldn't do anything other than gag, mute chat or kick them. So I couldn't use a ban feature which would have been very useful to me so if I switch to Administrator I think I could use this feature in the future

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

To train a new moderator, it's simple, I would just remind him of the important rules, concerning micro spam when changing maps. Then, I will teach him all the basics of a moderator as well as all the functionality. that they can have. So how do you look at the sanctions already put in place by the other people on the moderation team? And the penalties that people who break the rules can have may vary from that whether he has already had a penalty or not. Then, I will introduce him to the staff discord as well as the teamspeak.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

So, I will respond to this post by saying that it has been seen and that we are going to talk about it between members of the staff. I will not act alone and will ask the opinion of the staff team of course in order to be able to discuss it and know what we will do in order to act in good loyalty and justice and if the staff is for him and him. give it one last chance then I'll unbox it. Or otherwise I will leave it banned!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

So, I think I should be promoted because I have now been in the staff team as a moderator for a month, I wanted to spend the time as a moderator and not to be promoted voluntarily in order to evolve slowly and learn a little more about the staff and players team. In order to perfect my arrival as an Administrator and I therefore think that the time has come for me to become one so I propose myself with a great motivation and learning in order to take myself more useful and discover new things.
